Land at Langley Road/Regatta Street, Pendleton and Charlestown

Notice is hereby given that Salford City Council intends to dispose of open space land of approximately 0.18 acres (shown edged red on the location plan). The disposal of the open space land will facilitate residential led development. The subject land will be retained as an improved open space as part of the proposed scheme. The open space land is situated between No. 2 Langley Road and No. 300 Langley Road, bounded by Langley Road and Regatta Street.

The location of the subject land is more particularly shown edged red on the plan, which may be viewed online at https://www.salford.gov.uk/your-council/publicnotices/, requested by email to phlegal@manchester.gov. uk, or inspected in person at the Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA, between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and sent to Sarah Malone, Senior Development Surveyor, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5AS or by email to phlegal@manchester.gov.uk no later than 27th July 2026. Please quote reference SCC015/01216.
