IN THE CITY OF BIRMINGHAM
NOTICE is hereby given that Birmingham City Council (hereinafter referred to as “the Council”) propose to dispose of the land described in the Schedule hereto.
THE said land is shown edged black on the plan which may be inspected at all reasonable hours at the offices of the undersigned at The Council House, Victoria Square, Birmingham, B1 1BB.
THE Council will consider any objections to the proposal which objections should be made in writing to the undersigned (quoting reference LS/PTY/ST/224033) no later than 17 July 2026.
THE SCHEDULE
ALL THAT piece of land containing an area of approximately 965 sq m (1,154 sq yards) known as Land at 146/160 Hazeldene Road, Sheldon, B33 0QG in the City of Birmingham which said piece of land is public open space
