Vinarchy UK Limited (the "Principal Employer") is providing formal notice to NDAPT Trustee Ltd (the "Trustee") of its intention to wind up the Scheme. Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Scheme will shortly enter a process of winding up. Any creditor or beneficiary of the Scheme or any other person who believes they have a claim against or interest in the Scheme ("Claimants") is requested to write to the Trustee of the Scheme at the following address: The Trustee of the Matthew Clark Group Money Purchase Scheme, c/o Harry Thompson, XPS Group, 1 City Square, Leeds, LS1 2ES

Claimants may include any employee or former employee of the Principal Employer (or any associated company) who believes that they were a member of the Scheme, or any person who believes themselves to be a beneficiary of the Scheme including as the widow, widower, survivor or dependant of a deceased member of the Scheme. Claimants should provide full particulars of their claim including their name, address, date of birth and National Insurance number, and if applicable, when they worked for the Principal Employer (or any associated company) within two months of the date of publication of this notice. Please clearly quote the Scheme name in all correspondence.

All claims must be made by 27/08/2026 so that they may be considered before the Scheme is wound up. After this date, the Trustee may proceed to wind up the Scheme and deal with the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled to them, having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have prior written notice. The Trustee shall not be liable to or in respect of any person of whose claim or entitlement has not been so notified to them. Any person who has been contacted by the Trustee at their current address or has already made a claim and received a response need not re-apply to the Trustee.
