OPEN SPACE AT BROADWAY LEISURE CENTRE, BROADWAY, GRANGE PARK, ST HELENS
I, MR M JONES, SOLICITOR and ASSISTANT DIRECTOR - LEGAL & DEMOCRATIC SERVICES for St. Helens Borough Council of Town Hall, St. Helens, Merseyside, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that the St. Helens Borough Council intends to dispose of by lease the land described in the Schedule hereto.
A copy of the plan of the land concerned may be inspected at the Town Hall, Victoria Square, St. Helens, during normal office hours. Any person wishing to object to the disposal should make the objection in writing and send it to the address shown below within 21 days of the publication date of this notice. Ref: BRPF.
