Disposal of Land to the rear of Public Convenience Building at East Prawle.
Notice is hereby given that South Hams District Council intends to dispose of a freehold interest in a parcel of land to the rear of the public convenience building at East Prawle inclusive of the retaining wall. The land extends to approximately 11 square metres.
It is proposed that, subject to the necessary planning permission, the land will be used as part of an adjoining residential curtilage.
A plan of the land affected is available for inspection at SHDC Follaton House detailed below. Representations to the intended disposal must be made in writing to The Estates Team, South Hams District Council, Follaton House, Plymouth Road, Totnes, TQ9 5NE no later than 16t July 2026.
