NOTICE OF PROPOSED DISPOSALS OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE LAND AT PINGLE RECREATION GROUND, PINGLE DRIVE, BICESTER, OXFORDSHIRE

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Cherwell District Council and Bicester Town Council (“the Councils”) intend to make two disposals of public open space land at Pingle Recreation Ground, Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire (“the Land”).

The proposed disposals are the grant of easements for the installation and use of electricity cables to be laid under the Land. Plans showing the two routes for the electricity cables may be inspected between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday, at Cherwell District Council’s offices at the address below, or a copy can be supplied by email, free of charge, on request from propertyandinvestment@cherwell-dc.gov.uk

Any objections or representations regarding the proposed disposals should be made in writing to Cherwell District Council’s Property Services team at 39 Castle Quay, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX16 5FD (or, if sent by email, at propertyandinvestment@cherwell-dc.gov.uk) by no later than 4pm on 16 July 2026.
