Proposed Disposal of Open Space Land at Diss Park & Madgett’s Walk

Notice is hereby given that Diss Town Council intends to dispose of two small areas of public open space land forming part of Diss Park & Madgett’s Walk, Diss, Norfolk as shown in the plan below and is proposed to be transferred to South Norfolk and Broadland Council for the purpose of facilitating the development of a leisure and community facility.

Any person wishing to make representations or objections to the proposed disposal should do so in writing to:

Objections must be received no later than Friday 10th July 2026.
Diss Town Council will consider any objections received before making a final decision on the proposed disposal.
