Notice is hereby given that on 12 June 2026 a Petition was presented to Campbeltown Sheriff Court by the Highland Council, Council Offices, Glenurquhart Road, Inverness, IV35NX, craving the Court inter alia to order that B9 PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LIMITED (SC327581), a Private Limited Company, having its registered office at 5 Main Street, Campbeltown, Scotland, PA28 6AD until 7th May 2026 and thereafter Clyde Offices, 48 West George Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 1BP, be wound up by the Court and an Interim Liquidator appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Campbeltown Sheriff Court by Interlocutor dated 16 June 2026 ordered B9 PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LIMITED and any other persons interested, to lodge Answers in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Campbeltown Sheriff Court, Castlehill, Campbeltown, PA28 6AN within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
