The trustees of The Abbeyfield Waltham Abbey Society Limited are consulting on proposals to seek Charity Commission approval for changes to the legal arrangements governing Warburton & Clarisse Lodge, Waltham Abbey.
The proposed changes would enable a merger with Abbeyfield Wessex Society and are intended to help secure the long-term future of the home and its services for older people.
Consultation runs from 15 June 2026 until 29 June 2026.
A public consultation meeting will take place on Wednesday 17 June 2026 from 10.00am to 12.00pm at:
