Notice is hereby given under Section 337(3A) of the Charities Act 2011 that the charity intends to change the governing document that governs the property at 10 Hoxton Square.
The purpose of this change is to amend the objects (purposes) on which the property is held so that the proceeds from its proposed sale can be used: "To support the repair and renovation of the parish church, St Leonard's Shoreditch, and for other purposes connected with the mission and ministry of the Church of England in the parish of St Leonard, Shoreditch.
