2 Notice is hereby given for the first time pursuant to Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that the Council intends to devolve of Land in Mevagissey, St Stephen-in-Brannel and Roche parishes, as listed above.

3 A copy of a plan showing the land is available on request from the address below.

4 Any objection or representation in respect of the devolution of the land must be made to Estates Delivery, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, TR1 3AY by 01/07/2026.
