NOTICE is hereby given that Swindon Borough Council intends to dispose by means of a long lease of 25m² of land deemed to be Public Open Space at Faringdon Road, Swindon. The land would be used as an electricity sub station.
A plan showing the land can be inspected at Customer Services, Swindon Borough Council, Central Library, Regent Circus, Swindon.
Any objections to such disposal should be made in writing to the Head of Property Assets, at Swindon Borough Council, Civic Offices, Euclid Street, Swindon SN1 2JH, by 29 June 2026.
