NOTICE OF CREATION OF PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY HIGHWAYS ACT SECTION 25

YORKSHIRE DALES NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY FOOTPATH No. 20.75/73 (REETH, FREMINGTON AND HEALAUGH)

Take notice that, by agreement dated 5 May 2026, the right of way described below, situated at Reeth Low Moor near Riddings Farm, northwest of Reeth in North Yorkshire, has been dedicated for use by the public: A public footpath to be known as Footpath No. 20.75/73 (Reeth, Fremington and Healaugh) extending from Public Footpath No 20.75/28 at grid reference SE 0235 9969 and proceeding in an easterly direction along a track for approximately 360 metres to SE 0271 9973, then continuing in a north easterly direction along a path across open moorland for approximately 240 metres to a field gate at SE 0293 9981 where it meets Skelgate Lane (U431/1/50). Approximate Length: 600 metres Width: 2 metres.

This footpath will form part of the Coast to Coast Path National Trail.
