PROPOSAL TO DISPOSE OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE
1. Notice is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council intends, in accordance with Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 to grant a lease to:
Wish Park Café, Wish Road, Brighton and Hove, BN3
A plan showing the locations of the said land is available by request via email amp@brighton-hove.gov.uk
2. Persons wishing to make representations relating to the said proposals should make them in writing to the Executive Head of Strategic Property, Hove Town Hall, Norton Road, Hove, BN3 3BQ
– ref. Margo Burkiewicz – or by email to amp@brighton-hove.gov.uk to be received no later than noon 29th June 2026
