LAND OFF AVONDALE ROAD, DARWEN
NOTICE is hereby given under Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council intends to dispose by way of sale for the use of a residential self-built plot, with outlined planning permission for one single dwelling. The land having an area of 0.33 acre or thereabouts, situated on Avondale Road, Darwen, which consists or forms part of an area of open space.
A plan showing the area of intended disposal can be inspected at the Information Desk at the Town Hall, Blackburn, Monday to Friday inclusive between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00pm (excluding Bank Holidays.)
Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to: Mr Asad Laher, Deputy Director of HR, Legal and Corporate Services, Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council Town Hall Blackburn, BB1 7DY by no later than Monday 29th June 2026.
