PROPOSAL FOR A LONG LEASE OF THE FORMER HOWARD PARK LODGE, HOWARD PARK, KILMARNOCK, KA1 1SF BY EAST AYRSHIRE COUNCIL TO EAST AYRSHIRE CARERS CENTRE

Notice is hereby given that East Ayrshire Council has raised an Application at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court under Section 75 (2) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 for authority to dispose of the former Howard Park Lodge, Howard Park, Kilmarnock, KA1 1SF by way of a 25 year long lease to East Ayrshire Carers Centre.

Anyone having an interest in the said Application and who wishes to object should make themselves known to the Sheriff Clerk, St Marnock Street, Kilmarnock, where a copy of the Application may be obtained (Court Ref: KIL-B410-26) within 21 days of publication of this notice.

The matter will call and be heard at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court, St Marnock Street, Kilmarnock on Wednesday, 22 July 2026 at 2.00pm.
