Notice is given in accordance with section 19(1) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 and The School Organisation (Prescribed Alterations to Maintained Schools) (England) Regulations 2013 that Cheshire West and Chester Council intends to make a prescribed alteration to Archers Brook SEMH Residential School (Chester Road, Great Sutton, Ellesmere Port, CH66 2NA), to:
• Permanently remove the residential provision at Archers Brook SEMH Residential School, Ellesmere Port from September 2026.

The closing date for objections and comments is midnight 9 July 2026.
