NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN INSPECTOR APPOINTED BY
THE WELSH MINISTERS UNDER SECTION 114 OF THE ENVIRONMENT ACT 1995
TO DETERMINE THE APPEAL WILL HOLD A VIRTUAL HEARING ON TUESDAY 7 JULY 2026 AT 10:00
REGARDING THE APPEAL BY GSPH LTD AGAINST THE DECISION OF NATURAL RESOURCE WALES AS THE REGULATOR FOR THE REFUSAL OF AN APPLICATION FOR A TRANSFER OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL PERMIT AT, TREATMENT AND TRANSFER FACILITY, GWYNEDD SKIP HIRE, CIBYN INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, CAERNARFON LL55 2BD.
