RENFREWSHIRE INTEGRATION JOINT BOARD ACCOUNTS FOR THE PERIOD FROM 1 APRIL 2025 TO 31 MARCH 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Regulation 9 (1) of the Local Authority Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2014 that:
a) Copies of the unaudited accounts of Renfrewshire IJB for the period from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026 will be available for public inspection between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, from Monday 22 June 2026 to Friday 10 July 2026, both days inclusive.
Public inspection will be available for anyone who wishes to inspect the accounts or any items identified at b) should contact us at www.renfrewshire.hscp.scot/contact-us.
The request and the information provided will then be made available on our website at the following link www. renfrewshire.hscp.scot/annualaccounts. A copy of the accounts will also be available at the following website: www.renfrewshire.hscp.scot/annualaccounts during this period.
b) Any person interested may inspect a copy of the document, abstracts of the accounts to be audited, all books, deeds, contracts, bills, vouchers and receipts related thereto, and may take copies of any or all parts of the accounts free of charge.
If a request to review any documents is received, arrangements will be made with each individual to allow inspection of the requested information. Any such requests should be made by contacting us at www.renfrewshire. hscp.scot/contact-us
c) Any person interested may object to the accounts or to any part of those accounts, no later than Monday 13 July 2026 by:
i) sending their objection in writing, together with a statement of the grounds thereof, to the external auditor, Rob Jones, Partner, Ernst Young, G1 Building, 5 George Square, Glasgow, G2 1DY; or rjones9@uk.ey.com and ii) sending their objection in writing, together with a statement of the grounds thereof to the internal IJB auditor, Karen Campbell, Chief Auditor, Finance & Resources, Renfrewshire House, Cotton Street, Paisley, PA1 1JB; or karen.campbell@renfrewshire.gov.uk and iii) sending a copy of that objection and statement to Renfrewshire IJB and to any officer of the IJB who may be concerned, both at Renfrewshire House, Cotton Street, Paisley, PA1 1AL
d) The auditor shall, if requested by the person objecting, or by any officer of the IJB who may be concerned, afford to that person or officer, as the case may be, an opportunity of appearing before and being heard by the auditor with respect to that objection; and any such person or officer may so appear and be heard either personally or by a representative.
