The Royal British Legion (The RBL) gives notice that it proposes to dispose of land at 17 - 21 Talbot Road, Port Talbot, SA13 1HW held by it as trustee.
It is proposed that the disposal will be by way of a freehold sale and that the property will be auctioned.
The RBL invites representations concerning the proposed disposal. Samantha Edmunds, The Royal British Legion, 199 Borough High St, London SE1 1AA. The RBL will consider representations received within one month of the date of this Notice.
