NOTICES UNDER THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Enterprise (AOL) Section of the Citrus Pension Plan
The above named Section of the Citrus Pension Plan is being wound up, and all benefits secured and assets distributed. The Trustee of the Plan requests that:
Any member or beneficiary, or any other person who believes they may have a claim against, or an interest in the Section, who has not received information concerning their benefit entitlements should contact the Trustee at the earliest opportunity.
If you are, or suspect you may have been such a person, and you have not yet been contacted by the Trustee, please write to the address below giving your full name, address and telephone number, and if possible your Plan membership number.
As soon as possible after 19 August 2026 the Trustee will proceed with winding up the Section having regard only to the claims and interest of which they have prior notice and in relation to the assets used for such distribution will not be liable to any person or persons for a claim of which they do not have notice on that date.
