Notice is hereby given that Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council intends to dispose of the land described below which forms part of the open spaces in the
County Borough to a Community Organisation

In all cases the disposal is to facilitate a lease of more than seven years to allow security of occupation and to enable further funding bids to support the improvement of the areas.
A copy of the lease plans and map of the location can be inspected at Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council, General Offi ces, Steel Works Road, Ebbw Vale NP23 6DN between the hours of 10am and 4pm weekdays (not public holidays) until the 19 June 2026.
Any objections or representations should be sent in writing ON or BEFORE that date by writing to Estates & Strategic Asset Management, Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council, Central Depot, Barleyfi elds Industrial Estate, Brynmawr, NP23 4YF and should state the title to this Notice, the plot number, description and the ground of the objection.
