Notice Under the Local Government Act 1972 Section 123 (2A) (As Amended) Land within St Austell

1. Poltair Park Football Ground, Trevarthian Road, St Austell, PL25 4LR

Notice is hereby given for the first time pursuant to Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that the Council intends to dispose of the land by way of a long lease to The Cornwall College Further Education Corporation. A plan showing the Land is available on request from the address below.

Any objection or representation in respect of the disposal of the Land must be made to Cornwall Council, Economy, Regeneration &Assets, New County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, TR1 3AY or 01872 322 222 or Jo.Keene@cornwall.gov.uk by the 30th June 2026.
