CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL

LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972

NOTICE IS GIVEN by the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council that it intends to dispose of land at Springs Road, Guiseley, Leeds more commonly known as Esholt Springs Grazing Land, Springs Road, Guiseley, Leeds LS20 8AY which is part of the land registered with Land Registry under Title No. WYK912439 and which is open space land within the meaning of section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972.

The plan showing the open space, being the land at Springs Road, Guiseley, Leeds more commonly known as Esholt Springs Grazing Land, Springs Road, Guiseley, Leeds LS20 8AY that the Council proposes to dispose of, may be viewed on the Council’s web site at: www.bradford.gov.uk/lossofopenspace

A copy of the plan can also be obtained by contacting Estate Management at EMPOS@bradford.gov.uk or at 1st Floor, Argus Chambers, Hall Ings, Bradford BD1 1HZ, who will upon request, arrange for persons to be sent a copy of the plan.

Any objections or representations to the proposed disposal must be made in writing to either EMPOS@bradford.gov.uk or to Estate Management, 1st Floor, Argus Chambers, Hall Ings, Bradford BD1 1HZ quoting reference Esholt Springs Grazing Land no later than 12 noon on 23 June 2026.

The grounds for any objection should be stated.
