Notice is hereby given under Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that the Council of the Isles of Scilly intends to sell a parcel of land known as Jerusalem Terrace on St Mary’s, Isles of Scilly, measuring approximately 0.04 acres and sold with a covenant for use as public walks and pleasure grounds. This sales process was by sealed bid, which ended at 4pm on 6th February 2026.

The land can be viewed from the roadside during reasonable daylight hours, ensuring care is taken whilst doing so. Visitors must not trespass over neighbouring land in order to access the site, or cause disturbance to neighbouring occupants. Access to the site for viewing is by prior arrangement only.
