In accordance with the Crichel Down Rules, notice is hereby given that Forestry and Land Scotland has decided to dispose of the property described below. The land was previously acquired by a public body and is now surplus to requirements. As required by the Rules, former owners or their successors in Title who may have a right to re-purchase the land are invited to contact us.
Description of the Land
Sale of 51.89 acres (approx.) of grassland, mixed native woodland, scrub and natural regeneration known as Glac Na Beiste, Tobermory, Isle of Mull PA75 6RG. Acquired from Alastair Hugh Allan by disposition dated 11 April 1967.
Location
Tobermory, Isle of Mull PA75 6RG.
Method of Sale
The land will be offered for sale to qualifying former owners or their successors in Title in accordance with the Crichel Down Rules, subject to verification of eligibility.

If you believe you may have a legal entitlement to be offered this land under the Crichel Down Rules, please contact us in writing no later than 21 August 2026.
