Proposed Disposal of Public Open Space at (1) Battery Point, Portishead (2) East Wood, Portishead (3) Former Golf Course on Nore Road (including Kilkenny Fields), Portishead (4) Merlin Park, Portishead (5) Lake Grounds, Portishead.
Notice is hereby given that North Somerset Council intends to dispose of approximately (1) 3.917ha of land at Battery Point, Portishead (2) 9.147ha of land at East Wood, Portishead (3) 21.993ha of land at the former golf course on Nore Road (including Kilkenny Fields), Portishead (4) 4.315ha of land at Merlin Park, Portishead (5) 13.054ha of land at Lake Grounds, Portishead.
The disposal of all parcels of land will be to Portishead Town Council.
The parcels of land are used as public open space/leisure/woodland and will continue to be used for that purpose. A plan identifying the precise areas and locations of the subject land can be requested from, and objections to the intended disposal, can be addressed to:
