1. Y Cyngor, drwy benderfyniad ar 21 Mai 2026, wedi diwygio ei God Ymddygiad Aelodau er mwyn adlewyrchu diweddariadau deddfwriaethol (yn ofynnol yn unol â Rheoliadau Llywodraeth Leol (Pwyllgorau Safonau ac Ymddygiad Aelodau)(Diwygiadau Amrywiol)(Cymru) 2025 a Deddf Etholiadau a Chyrff Etholedig (Cymru) 2024, Rhan 2, Pennod 2).
2.Mae copi o’r Cod Ymddygiad Aelodau diwygiedig:

THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF STATUTORY NOTICE REVISED MEMBERS’ CODE OF CONDUCT
[Pursuant to section 51(6)(b) of the Local Government Act 2000]
Notice is hereby given that:
1. The Council has, by resolution dated 21st May 2026, revised its Members’ Code of Conduct in order to reflect legislative updates (required pursuant to The Local Government (Standards Committees and Member Conduct)(Miscellaneous Amendments)(Wales) Regulations 2025 and the Elections and Elected Bodies (Wales) Act 2024, Part 2, Chapter 2).
2. A copy of the revised Members’ Code of Conduct is:
(a) published on the Council’s website, accessible here: https://cardiff.moderngov.co.uk/documents/s93867/Appendix%20A.pdf?LLL=0 ; which was approved by Council on 21st May 2026 and
(b)available for inspection by members of the public from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 09:00 and 16:00, at County Hall, Atlantic Wharf, Cardiff, CF10 4UW.
