NOTICE is hereby given that Swindon Borough Council intends to dispose of 43m² of land deemed to be Public Open Space adjacent to 1 Calvert Road, Walcot, Swindon. The land would be used as additional access and garden. A plan showing the land can be inspected, by appointment, at Customer Services, Swindon Borough Council, Central Library, Regent Circus, Swindon.
Any objections to such disposal should be made in writing to the Head of Property Assets, at Swindon Borough Council, Civic Offices, Euclid Street, Swindon SN1 2JH, by 16 June 2026.
