PART II OF THE LONDON LOCAL AUTHORITIES ACT 1990 (as amended)

(hereinafter referred to as “the Act”)

Setting of Street Trading licences fees pursuant to the Act.

TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to Section 32 (7) of the Act, the Council is consulting on the proposed Street Trading licence fees for the 2026-2027 licence year.

Written representations concerning the proposed fees can be made to the address below or licensing@merton.gov.uk with the reference SR/250897 and should be received no later than 25th June 2026.
