DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION NO. 9 ORDER 2026
The above Order, made on 21st May 2026, if confirmed as made, will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by adding to them the bridleway from Oglet Lane Liverpool L24 5RJ at Yew Tree Farm to Dungeon Point (Oglet Shore) as described in the Schedule to this notice. A copy of the order and the order map may be seen free of charge at the Legal Services Office, Fourth Floor, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH between the hours of 8.45 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays inclusive.
Copies of the order and the order map may also be purchased there at the price of £10.00.
Any representation or objection relating to the order must be sent in writing to Charlotte Atkinson, Legal Services, Liverpool City Council, Fourth Floor, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH or by email to Legal.Planning@liverpool.gov.uk not later than 24th July 2026 and applicants are requested to state the grounds on which it is made.
If no representations or objections are duly made to the order, or if any so made are withdrawn, Liverpool City Council, instead of submitting the order to the Secretary of State may itself confirm the order. If the order is submitted to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.

A way on foot and on horseback commencing at Oglet Lane, Liverpool L24 5RJ (opposite Yew Tree Farm), at SJ 344349, 381702 and extending in a southerly direction for a distance of 226 metres with an average width of 2.5m metres to Dungeon Point, Oglet Shore at SJ 344397, 381494
