SONIA MYLES-MACAULEY, as Devisee of the Estate of Laurel Marie Theodora Myles; and ESTATE OF CLARENCE MYLES, as Devisee of the Estate of Laurel Marie Theodora Myles, Defendants.

To the above-named Defendants, Sonia Myles-Macauley, as Devisee of the Estate of Laurel Marie Theodora Myles, and Estate of Clarence Myles, as Devisee of the Estate of Laurel Myles Theodora Myles, having an interest in 175 Clare Avenue, Unit D-1, Hyde Park, MA:

Whereas a civil interpleader action has been filed against the Defendants in the Boston Municipal Court - Roxbury Division within and for the County of Suffolk, by

Trustees of Clare Gardens Condominium Trust.

ORDERED by the Court that the following summons issue for service upon Sonia Myles-Macauley, as Devisee of the Estate of Laurel Marie Theodora Myles by electronic means via LinkedIn; upon Estate of Clarence Myles, as Devisee of the Estate of Laurel Myles Theodora Myles in the Hackney Gazette for three consecutive weeks; and upon Sonia Myles Macauley, as Devisee of the Estate of Laurel Theodora Myles, and Estate of Clarence Myles, as Devisee of the Estate of Laurel Myles Theodora Myles in the Hyde Park Bulletin for three consecutive weeks:

You are summoned and required to serve upon Lisa T. Lam, Esquire, plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 10 Forbes Road, Suite 400W, Braintree, MA 02184, a copy of your answer to the complaint, which is herewith served upon you, within 20 days after service of this summons, exclusive of the day of service. You are also required to file your answer to the complaint in the office of the Clerk of this Court either before service upon plaintiff's attorney, or within 5 days thereafter. If you fail to meet the above requirements, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint. Unless otherwise provided by Rule 13(a), your answer must state as a counterclaim any claim which you may have against the plaintiff which arises out of the transaction or occurrence that is the subject matter of the plaintiff's claim, or you will be barred from making such claim in any other action.
