NOTICE OF PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE LAND AT PYMMES PARK, LONDON, N18 1SA

(the Property)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Enfield (the Council) pursuant to Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 of its intention to dispose of an area of public open space at Pymmes Park, London, N18 1SA, being Pymmes Park Visitors Centre, (the Property) by way of a lease for a term of up to 7 years.

The Property is shown for the purpose of identification edged in red on a plan which is available to inspect online at: https://www.enfield.gov.uk/services/your-council/public-notices and which is also available to inspect at the public notice board by the main entrance to the London Borough of Enfield, Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield, EN1 3XA. The plan is for illustration purposes only.

By virtue of Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 the Council is required to give formal notice of its intention to dispose of open space and consider any objections to the proposed disposal.

Any person who objects to the proposed disposal must lodge his or her objection in writing by email to Propertymatters@enfield.gov.uk, or by writing to Property Services, London Borough of Enfield, Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield, London EN1 3XA by no later than 5:00 p.m. on 10th June 2026. Any objections received will be considered by the Council.
