Cornwall Airport, Newquay - Byelaw amendment application
What is happening?
Notice is hereby given that CORNWALL AIRPORT LIMITED intends to apply to the Secretary of State for Transport for confirmation of the Cornwall Airport Newquay Byelaws made on 13 May 2026, which amend the CORNWALL AIRPORT NEWQUAY BYELAWS 2017 to reflect changes in land lease boundaries and airport operations.
A copy of the byelaws may be inspected free of charge at the Cornwall Airport Newquay, St Mawgan House, St Mawgan, Cornwall, TR8 4RQ between 0900 and 1700 Monday to Friday until Tuesday 230 June 2026. Copies of the byelaws may also be obtained from this office, by personal application or they can be viewed on the website at www.cornwallairportnewquay.com
Any person wishing to make an objection to, or representation about, the confirmation of the bylaws may do so by using the online form on the Cornwall Airport Newquay website or by writing to Managing Director, Cornwall Airport Newquay, St Mawgan House, St Mawgan, Cornwall TR8 4RQ, stating the grounds of objection or representation on or before Tuesday 30 June 2026. Responses may be shared or made public.
