NOTICE is hereby given that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council intends to dispose of the area of open space land listed below for use as part of a twenty five year lease agreement with the existing tenant.
1. Kinson Manor Pavilion, The Broadway, Kinson, Bournemouth, BH10 7EY
A plan of the area can be viewed at www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk
Any representations or objections to the proposed disposal should be made in writing to the Head of Leisure and Events, BCP Civic Centre, Bourne Ave, Bournemouth, BH2 6DY or by email to leisurepd@bcpcouncil.gov.uk (quoting Kinson Manor disposal) by 12.06.2026.
