SUFFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL

Marriage Act 1994 And The Marriages And Civil Partnerships (Approved Premises) Regulations 2005 - Marriages And Civil Partnerships (Approved Premises) - (Amendment) Regulations 2022

Suffolk County Council has received an application from Mr David Harris for All Saints Resort, Fornham St Genevieve, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP28 6JQ, to be approved as a venue for the solemnisation of marriages in pursuance of Section 26 (1) (bb) of the Marriage Act 1949, and the registration of civil partnerships in pursuance of section 6 (3A) (a) of the Civil Partnership Act 2004.

Copies of the application and plans showing the proposed premises have been deposited and may be inspected free of charge at: The Offices Of Suffolk County Council, Endeavour House, 8 Russell Road, Ipswich, IP1 2BX, between 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am – 4:00pm Friday.

Further copies of these documents have also been deposited at: The Registration Office, 7 Angel Hill, Bury St Edmunds, IP33 1UZ, and may be inspected, by appointment, between 9:00am – 4:00pm Monday to Friday.
