PUBLIC NOTICE

Under Section 121(2) of the Charities Act 2011

The York Diocesan Board of Finance Limited hereby gives Notice that it proposes to sell the freehold properties known as: Sites of Former Church of St Agnes Broughton Avenue Middlesbrough TS4 3PZ and of its church hall with adjacent land.

Any representations about this proposal should be made in writing and sent by post to The York Diocesan Board of Finance Ltd, Amy Johnson Way, York YO31 4XT (Ref: HAC) Or by email to: hugo.cobham@yorkdiocese.org so as to be received by 22nd June 2026. Any representation received after that date will not be considered.

A plan of the land can be inspected at Thomas:Stevenson, Wellington House, Wellington Court, Preston Farm Business Park, Stockton on Tees, TS18 3TA.
