NOTICE OF INTENDED DISPOSAL OF LAND

Notice is hereby given under section 123 (1) (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Hertfordshire County Council intends to dispose of an area of open space at County Hall, Pegs Lane, Hertford SG13 8DE. The land is of approximately 1.68 hectares to the west of the Council office buildings and is shown for identification purposes as the area hatched blue on a plan that can be viewed at the main reception at Farnham House, Six Hills Way, Stevenage, Hertfordshire, SG1 2FQ during normal business hours.

Any objection or representations regarding the proposed disposal should be made in writing to James Barber, Head of Disposals at james. barber@hertfordshire.gov.uk no later than 1st June 2026. The grounds for objection must be stated.
