NOTICE IS GIVEN by the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council that it intends to dispose of land known as Land at Cornmill Yard, Skipton Road, Steeton, Keighley BD20 6NR which is unregistered at the Land Registry, and which is open space land within the meaning of section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972.
The plan showing the open space being Land at Cornmill Yard, Skipton Road, Steeton, Keighley BD20 6NR that the Council proposes to dispose of may be viewed on the Council’s web site at: www.bradford.gov.uk/lossofopenspace
A copy of the plan can also be obtained by contacting Estate Management at EMPOS@bradford.gov.uk or at 1st Floor Argus Chambers Hall Ings Bradford BD1 1HZ, who will upon request, arrange for persons to be sent a copy of the plan.
Any objections or representations to the proposed disposal must be made in writing to either EMPOS@bradford.gov.uk or to Estate Management 1st Floor Argus Chambers Hall Ings Bradford BD1 1HZ quoting reference Cornmill Yard / IS no later than 12 noon on Monday 8 June 2026. The grounds for any objection should be stated.
