DISPOSAL OF INTEREST IN OPEN SPACE
Notice is hereby given under section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Teignbridge District Council intends to dispose of the areas of land described in the list below, all of which consists or form part of an open space:
Cromwells Way, Bovey Tracey, TQ13 9HY
Palace Meadow, Chudleigh, TQ13 0PH
Morningside, Dawlish, EX7 9SL
Heath Close and Heath Hill, Heathfield, TQ12 6SN
Prince Rupert Way and Naseby Drive, Heathfield, TQ12 6SY
Ashburton Road, Newton Abbot, TQ12 1RE
Courtenay Park, Newton Abbot, TQ12 2HB
Plans showing the areas of land affected by the proposed disposals are available for public inspection during normal office hours, at the Council’s Offices at Forde House, Newton Abbot.
Any objections or representations regarding the proposed disposals must be made in writing and addressed to Legal Services at the Council’s offices below and must be received no later than 16 June 2026.
