SUBSTITUTED SERVICE OF BANKRUPTCY PETITION NUMBER 0012 OF 2026
IN THE NEWCASTLE COUNTY COURT IN BANKRUPTCY
IN THE MATTER OF KEVIN SEATH AND IN THE MATTER OF THE INSOLVENCY ACT 1986

TAKE NOTICE THAT a Bankruptcy Petition in respect of the above-named Mr. Kevin Seath of 14G Clayton Street West, Newcastle, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, NE1 5BW, (“the Debtor”), was presented to Newcastle County Court on 23rd February, 2026 by the Council of the City of Sunderland of City Hall, Plater Way, Sunderland, Tyne and Wear, SR1 3AA, (“the Petitioning Creditor”).

On 22nd April, 2026 the Court made an Order for Substituted Service of the Bankruptcy Petition, which provided for the following, :-

(a) The Petition, together with a sealed copy of this Order, to be served on the Debtor by the Petitioner via 1st Class Post to the following address : 14G Clayton Street West, Newcastle, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, NE1 5BW. Deemed effective service on the second business day after posting;

(b) The Petition, together with a sealed copy of this Order, to be served on the Debtor by the Petitioner using the Debtor’s known personal e-mail address. Deemed effective service : (a) if the e-mail is sent on a business day before 4.30pm, on that day; or (b) in any other case, on the next business day after the day on which it was sent; and

(c) The publication in the London Gazette and the Evening Chronicle (Newcastle) of this advertisement of the presentation of the Petition and the time and place fixed for hearing the Petition. Deemed effective service on the day after publication.

The Petition will be heard at Newcastle County Court on, :-
Date : Tuesday, 16th June, 2026;
Time : 2pm; and
Place : Newcastle County Court, Newcastle Civil & Family Courts and Tribunals Centre, Barras Bridge, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, NE1 8QF.

Important : If the Debtor does not attend the Petition Hearing the Court may make a Bankruptcy Order in their absence. The Petition can be inspected by the Debtor on Application to Newcastle County Court.
