Notice is hereby given that Iron Mountain (UK) PLC has applied to Rugby Borough Council for Hazardous Substances Consent for storage of products classified as flammable aerosols as defined in Schedule 1 of the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2015.

The site is located at Iron Mountain (UK) PLC, Unit 3, Rugby Symmetry Park, Rugby, CV23 9LP.
Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application at Iron Mountain (UK) PLC, Unit 3, Rugby Symmetry Park, Rugby, CV23 9LP within 21 days of the date of this notice.

The Hazardous Substances Authority (Rugby Borough Council, from which relevant information can be obtained), will decide whether or not to grant consent, and if to grant, will decide under what conditions to grant consent.
