Hysbysir trwy hyn, yn unol ag Adran 37 Deddf Adnoddau Dŵr 1991 a Rheoliad 6 Rheoliadau Adnoddau Dŵr (Tynnu a Chronni Dŵr) 2006 i gais gael ei wneud i Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru gan Plas Panteidal Estate Management Limited am drwydded lawn i dynnu dŵr o ffrwd ddienw i fyny’r afon o afon Dyfi yng Nghyfeirnod Grid Cenedlaethol SN 65316 98267 ym Mhlas Panteidal, Aberdyfi, Gwynedd, LL35 0RF. Y cynnig yw tynnu dŵr yn ôl y cyfraddau a’r cyfnodau canlynol ar gyfer cyflenwi dŵr domestig: 2.4 metr ciwbig yr awr, 57.6 metr ciwbig y dydd a 21.024 metr ciwbig y flwyddyn, drwy’r flwyddyn.
Gwneir cais hefyd am drwydded i rwystro neu atal llif ffrwd ddienw i fyny’r afon o afon Dyfi yng Nghyfeirnod Grid Cenedlaethol SN 65316 98267 ym Mhlas Panteidal, Aberdyfi, Gwynedd, LL35 0RF. Mae’r croniad yn gored newydd i reoli’r gwaith o dynnu dŵr.

Full Abstraction / Abstraction and Impoundment
Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Water Act 2003)
Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006 that an application has been made to Natural Resources Wales by Plas Panteidal Estate Management Limited for a full licence to abstract water from an un-named spring upstream of the River Dovey at National Grid Reference SN 65316 98267 at Plas Panteidal, Aberdovey, Gwynedd, LL35 0RF. The proposal is to abstract water at the following rates and periods for use in domestic water supply: 2.4 cubic metres an hour, 57.6 cubic metres a day and 21.024 cubic metres a year all year.
Application is also being made for a licence to obstruct or impede the flow of un-named spring upstream of the river Dovey at National Grid Reference SN 65316 98267 at Plas Panteidal, Aberdovey, Gwynedd, LL35 0RF.
