LAND AT JASMIN GREEN, LINCOLN
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that City of Lincoln Council in accordance with section 122(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 intends to appropriate the land known as land at Aldergrove Crescent, Lincoln (HM Land Registry title number LL323185) (the “Land”), being land forming part of an open space.
A plan identifying the Land may be inspected at City Hall, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln LN1 1DD during normal office hours 9am - 5pm on weekdays, or by appointment, for a period of two weeks from date of this notice (14 May 2026).
Any person wishing to object to the proposed appropriation must submit their objection in writing, stating the grounds for objection, by no later than noon on 29 May 2026 addressed to Edward Austin, Legal Services Manager (interim), City of Lincoln Council, Lincoln, LN1 1DD or email to legal@lincoln.gov.uk
