Notice of proposed disposition of charity land Warboro Terrace, Starcross, Exeter, Devon, EX6 8QE The Royal British Legion gives notice that it proposes to dispose of land and property at Starcross (Devon) Royal British Legion Club Limited, Warboro Terrace, Starcross, Exeter, Devon, EX6 8QE held by it as trustee. It is proposed that the disposal will be by way of lease for ten years and that the the Legion proposes to lease the property to Starcross (Devon) Royal British Legion Club Limited.
The Royal British Legion invites representations concerning the proposed disposal.
Representations about this proposal should be sent in writing to: The Regional Property Surveyor Southwest, c/o The Royal British Legion, Haig House, 199 Borough High Street London SE1 1AA. The Royal British Legion will consider representations received within one month of the date of this Notice.
