Rhoddir hysbysiad trwy hyn fod Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru wedi cynnal asesiad o'r effeithiau amgylcheddol dan Reoliadau Gwaith Morol (Asesu Effeithiau Amgylcheddol) 2007 fel y'u diwygiwyd ('y Rheoliadau Asesu Effeithiau Amgylcheddol') mewn perthynas â Parth Arddangos Morlais. 

Yn unol â Rheoliad 22 y Rheoliadau Asesu Effeithiau Amgylcheddol, mae Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru wedi penderfynu rhoi cymeradwyaeth asesu effeithiau amgylcheddol ar gyfer y prosiect yn amodol ar osod amodau.

Mae cadarnhad ysgrifenedig o'r penderfyniad caniatâd asesu effeithiau amgylcheddol ar gael i'r cyhoedd ei archwilio ar gofrestr gyhoeddus Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru. Mae'r cadarnhad ysgrifenedig yn cynnwys y prif resymau ac ystyriaethau yr oedd y penderfyniad caniatâd asesu effeithiau amgylcheddol yn seiliedig arnynt, crynodeb o'r ymgynghoriadau yr ymgymerwyd â hwy a'r wybodaeth a gasglwyd, casgliad am effeithiau'r prosiect ar yr amgylchedd, yr amodau sydd ynghlwm wrth y penderfyniad caniatâd asesu effeithiau amgylcheddol a gwybodaeth am ymgynghoriadau a chyfranogiad cyhoeddus.

Mae'r cadarnhad ysgrifenedig o'r penderfyniad caniatâd asesu effeithiau amgylcheddol ar gael i'r cyhoedd ei archwilio ar gofrestr gyhoeddus Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru. 

Gallwch hefyd gael copïau o'r penderfyniad rheoleiddiol drwy e-bostio permittingconsultations@cyfoethnaturiolcymru.gov.uk. Os gofynnir am gopïau caled, efallai bydd yn rhaid talu costau copïo nad ydynt yn fwy na chostau copïo rhesymol.

Mae Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru'n awdurdod priodol dan y Rheoliadau Asesu Effeithiau Amgylcheddol ac mae wedi derbyn swyddogaethau dirprwyedig fel yr awdurdod trwyddedu priodol gan Weinidogion Cymru at ddibenion Rhan 4 Deddf y Môr a Mynediad i'r Arfordir 2009. 

Bydd Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru'n parhau i wneud penderfyniad rheoleiddiol mewn perthynas â'r cais am drwydded forol.

NOTICE OF EIA CONSENT DECISION

Variation to Marine Licence ORML1938, Morlais Demonstration Zone 

Notice is hereby given that Natural Resources Wales ("NRW") has carried out an environmental impact assessment ('EIA') under the Marine Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2007 as amended ('the EIA Regulations') in respect of Morlais Demonstration Zone. 

In accordance with regulation 22 of the EIA Regulations, NRW has decided to grant EIA consent for the project subject to conditions being imposed. Written confirmation of the EIA consent decision is available for public inspection on NRW's public register. 

The written confirmation includes the main reasons and considerations on which the EIA consent decision was based, a summary of the consultations undertaken and information gathered, conclusion about effects of the project on the environment conditions attached to the EIA consent decision and information on consultation and public participation.

The written confirmation of the EIA consent decision is available for public inspection on NRW's public register or by emailing NRW at permittingconsultations@naturalresourceswales.gov.uk.  

If printed copies are requested, a charge not exceeding reasonable copying costs may be made.

Natural Resources Wales is an appropriate authority under the EIA Regulations and has been delegated functions as the appropriate licensing authority by the Welsh Ministers for the purposes of Part 4 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009. 

NRW will proceed to take a regulatory decision in relation to the application for a marine licence.
