Post-Adoption Statement Notice under Section 18
In accordance with Section 18 (1) (b), Perth & Kinross Council would like to formally notify the public that the above plan was adopted on 20th February 2026.
The Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005 required Perth & Kinross Council to consider whether the Perth and Kinross Council Circular Economy Strategy will have any significant effects on the environment. An Environmental Report has been prepared in conjunction with plan. A public consultation on the Environmental Report and draft plan was held and all comments received have been addressed.

Where can I obtain a copy of the approved plan SEA Environmental Report and the Post-Adoption Statement?
A copy of the adopted plan, accompanying final Environmental Report (post-consultation issue) and the statement of particulars (‘’The Post-Adoption Statement’), are available on the Council’s website at Strategic Environmental Assessment - Perth & Kinross Council (pkc.gov.uk) or can be viewed during normal business hours at: Pullar House, 35 Kinnoull Street, PERTH PH1 5GD.
