NOTICE OF INTENTION OF A LEASEHOLD DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE LAND
NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that the London Borough of Brent (“the Council”) intends to dispose of part of an area of public open space being land at Eton Grove Bowls Club, Rugby Road, NW9 9LB by way of a leasehold disposal.
The area which is proposed to be disposed of comprises approximately 2,000 square metres of open space.
Copy of a plan showing the approximate position of the affected land may be inspected free of charge on reasonable notice during normal office hours from Monday to Friday at Brent Civic Centre Engineers Way Wembley, Middlesex HA9 0FJ (save for bank holidays).
By virtue of Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 the Council is required to give formal notice of its intention to dispose of public open space and consider any objections to the proposed disposal.
Any objection or representations regarding the proposed disposal should be made in writing to pam@brent.gov.uk no later than midnight on 15th May 2026.
The grounds for any objection should be stated.
