Hendon - Proposal to establish voluntary aided school

Notice is given that the Governors of Barnet Hill Academy, 10a Montagu Road, Hendon, London NW4 3ES, intend to establish a new Voluntary Aided School and Nursery under section 11(1A) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 as amended, and in accordance with the School Organisation (Establishment and Discontinuance of Schools) Regulations 2013.
The school is currently independent.
The proposal consultation period is between 8 May 2026 and 5 June 2026.
It is intended that the proposal will be implemented with effect from 1 September 2026.
