As directed by regulation 14 (5) of The Public Gas Transporter Pipe-line Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 1999, notice is hereby given that SGN (“the Company”) has been granted consent by Scottish Ministers to construct and operate a 1.5 kilometre (km) section of natural gas pipeline in lands at Forestmill (Central Grid Reference NS 96946 93859), in the relevant Planning Authority areas of Clackmannanshire Council and Fife Council.
Copies of the decision statement and related documentation can be obtained on the Energy Consents website:

Copies of the decision statement and related documentation have been made available to Clackmannanshire Council and Fife Council to be made available for public inspection by being placed on the planning register.
